These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GrandReport (the "Service"), provided by TODO_LEGAL_NAME ("we", "us", "our"), with registered address at TODO_ADDRESS. By using the Service you enter into a contract with us on these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

GrandReport provides AI-generated chess coaching reports based on chess games you supply (via Lichess username, Chess.com username, or PGN upload). Reports are produced using third-party AI models and chess analysis from Lichess. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit;
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, DoS);
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the Service;
• Use the Service to generate, train on, or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content (including deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or jailbreak prompts).

4. AI-generated content

Reports are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional coaching advice. You retain ownership of the chess games you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver your report.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse to generate output that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend accounts of repeat infringers or users who misuse the Service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports we deliver to you for your personal or internal business use.

6. Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; reports already delivered to you remain yours.

8. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
