Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your GrandReport report. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at TODO_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your order reference and we'll start the refund for you.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

What's covered

The 30-day guarantee covers situations where the report does not meet a reasonable standard of quality. To request a refund, you'll be asked to briefly explain why the report fell short — for example by pointing to a specific section, claim or analysis that was inaccurate, missing or unusable. This helps us improve the product and keeps the guarantee fair for everyone.

Repeat refunds

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of repeated abuse of this policy (for example, multiple refunded purchases for the same product).
